The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Zerba website and mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.zerba.ai or the Zerba mobile application (the "Site") by Zerba, Inc. a Delaware Corporation (based in San Francisco, CA, support@zerba.ai) and its subsidiaries, as applicable. Zerba, Inc. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to herein as "Zerba," "we," or "us." The term "you" refers to you as a user of the Site.

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to the Terms of Service.

Eligibility: You must be an executive-level professional, at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Participation is limited to individuals who meet these criteria.
Compensation: You will receive a Visa digital card as compensation for your time spent reviewing our content and completing the accompanying questionnaire. The value of the Visa digital card will be disclosed prior to the start of each activity. Compensation is intended solely for the original recipient of the invitation and may not be transferred or shared. It will be issued as a one-time reward upon satisfactory completion of the activity, as determined at our sole discretion. Each individual may complete and receive compensation for a given activity only once. All compensation is subject to the specific terms outlined in the invitation.
Content Review and Questionnaire: You agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses to the questionnaire based on the content reviewed. Your feedback may be used to improve our services and may be shared with our solution provider partners.
Data Collection and Use: By participating, you consent to our collection and use of your contact information (name, work email address, LinkedIn public profile URL, and email address for the Visa digital card) and questionnaire responses and data. This information may be shared with our solution provider partners to enhance service offerings and for communication purposes.
Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Non-Transferability: The compensation provided (Visa digital card) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
No Endorsement: Participation in our program does not imply endorsement of any content, product, or service by you. You are not obligated to provide positive feedback.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our interests.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site, its content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, use of the Site, or reliance on the content provided.
Modification of Terms: We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States of America.
